We feel that the Slovenian capital  must be enhanced with the atmosphere of the wine-growing regions, wine routes, their wines, culinary delights and cultural performances on the day when must turns into wine. Therefore on St. Martin’s Saturday, 8 November 2008, the Ljubljana Wine Route was organized on the banks of the Ljubljanica River and the streets of the city center. Wine stories also continued outside Ljubljana. Wine and oil producers ofrom Slovenian Istria opened their canteens and "torklas". This year the wine queen of Slovenian Istria was chosen for the first time as well. Find more information HERE.
